CONDITIONS FOR canceling the order

By sending a confirmed order to provide Hotel services ( hereinafter only “Reservation“ ) in writing, via fax or email

Client is obligated:

To Pay the agreed price for services ordered. The price for the Hotel's Services is based on the Reservation confirmation according to the valid price list.
To Restrain from bringing any kind of own food and drinks to premises belonging to Hotel Istota comlex.
To Compensate any damage caused to Hotel Istota property
To Notify the Hotel Istota in writing about cancelling the reservation.
Following cancelation fee applies towards the Client:
- Notification sent 29-21 working days before the event, Hotel ISTOTA charges 20% fee of total price agreed in Reservation
- Notification sent 20-14 working days before the event, Hotel ISTOTA charges 50% fee of total price agreed in Reservation.
- Notification sent 13-6 working days before the event, Hotel ISTOTA charges 80% fee of total price agreed in Reservation.
- Notification sent 5 and less working days before the event, Hotel ISTOTA charges 100% fee of total price agreed in Reservation – i.e. customer is obligated to pay the full price.
The confirmation of a Reservation will be completed by the Hotel only after completing the booking application form.

To provide Client with services in a scope and method agreed in confirmed Reservation
according to the valid price list of the Hotel Istota
